Job Title: E-Commerce Fulfilment Officer

Job Brief

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized E-commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage our online orders and ensure their timely and accurate delivery.
• You will be responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating with logistics, tracking shipments, and handling customer inquiries.
• Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of order fulfillment processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience in an e-commerce setting is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage online orders and ensure their accurate and timely fulfillment
• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to facilitate shipping and delivery
• Track shipments and provide customers with updates on their order status
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to their orders
• Identify and resolve any order fulfillment issues
• Assist in inventory management and notify relevant teams when stock levels are low
• Generate reports on sales, customer feedback, and order trends
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 5 years experience. 

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 monthly.
