Today, Montaigne Place operations extend across retail, wholesale, spa & wellness, with its flagship retail division, Montaigne Place, boasting a network of Forty (40) outlets throughout Nigeria. These outlets are strategically located in Lagos, the country's commercial hub, as well as in Abuja, the capital city, and Port Harcourt, along with other prominent cities.

Job Summary

• This role includes duties like managing inventory, ensuring user satisfaction, and creating business strategies.

Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of an E-commerce Operations Manager include:

• Designing and implementing e-commerce strategies to ensure online revenue targets are met
• Managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform
• Optimizing the user experience on the platform to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitoring and managing inventory, ensuring the availability of products and timely delivery
• Working with the marketing team to drive traffic to the e-commerce platform and convert traffic into sales
• Developing and managing budgets for e-commerce operations
• Implementing changes and updates to the e-commerce platform based on user feedback and data analysis
• Ensuring the e-commerce platform is secure, user-friendly, and up-to-date
• Staying current with the latest e-commerce trends and potential impacts on company strategy
• Coordinating with customer service to address customer concerns and feedback.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 4 - 7 years experience. 

Salary
N450,000 - N600,000 per month.
