Job Title: Food & Beverage Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking passionate and customer-focused Food & Beverage Officers to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of food service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service to guests in accordance with the hotel's service standards.
  • Take customer orders accurately and ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages.
  • Set up dining areas and ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly arranged.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu to effectively recommend meals and beverages to guests.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Process guest bills accurately and handle payments where applicable.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with inventory management and report shortages or damaged items.
  • Support the team in achieving departmental sales and service objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or any related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
