Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager

Location:  Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day operations of all food and beverage outlets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the Food & Beverage team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards in compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and inventory controls.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
  • Develop promotional activities and collaborate with the sales and marketing team to increase revenue.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of food and beverage items.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage Management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and hospitality operations.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management systems.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
