Job Title: Social Media Manager (Intern / NYSC)

Role Overview

• Are you a social-media-savvy individual looking to kickstart your career in digital marketing and real estate? Cynosure Realty Ltd. is looking for an energetic Social Media Manager (Intern).
• You will handle the daily operations of our pages, engage our growing community, and help execute our content calendar.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively manage all social media pages, respond promptly to comments, handle incoming DMs, answer basic inquiries, and sort leads for the sales team.
• Maintain and schedule daily posts, ensuring the content calendar designed by the Brand Strategist is executed flawlessly.
• Keep a daily pulse on trending audios, viral formats, and pop culture shifts that the brand can leverage.
• Continuously monitor and update company profiles across platforms for maximum search visibility and professional presentation.
• Assist the Content Creator on-site during property video shoots, content capturing, and setup.
• Track basic social media metrics (likes, shares, reach, follower growth) and compile them for weekly review.

Prerequisites & Requirements

• Must reside in Abuja and have a strong passion for social media marketing.
• Highly active on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with a solid understanding of how platform algorithms work.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a polite, professional, and engaging tone for customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or simple mobile editing apps is a plus.

Salary
N50,000 per month.
