Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead commercial growth and drive revenue across retail, wholesale, e-commerce, B2B, and corporate sales channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA/professional certification is an added advantage).
• 6–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and leading successful growth initiatives.
• Strong expertise in sales strategy, business development, revenue optimization, team leadership, and performance management.
• Experience in luxury beauty, hair, fashion, FMCG, or premium consumer goods industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Salary
N600,000 Net / Month.
