Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Intern to support our customer experience team.
- The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries, resolve basic complaints, maintain accurate records, and ensure customers receive timely and professional assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous internship or customer service experience is an advantage.
Salary
N60,000 per month.
