Job Title: Housekeeping Officer (Female)

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Officer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and assigned sections in accordance with established standards.
  • Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities as required.
  • Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and readiness before guest occupancy.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety concerns promptly.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Maintain housekeeping supplies and report inventory shortages.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and complaints.
  • Adhere to health, safety, hygiene, and hotel operational standards.
  • Support the housekeeping team in achieving departmental goals and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • 2 – 3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a reputable hotel or hospitality establishment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
