Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Digital marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing and brand strategies across multiple channels.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage email marketing, lead generation, and conversion campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CAC, CTR, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the SEO Specialist and content creator to improve organic growth strategies.
• Work with the Content Creator and Social Media Manager to execute campaigns effectively.
• Track website traffic, customer journeys, and marketing analytics.
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Develop and maintain marketing SOPs and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support product launches, promotions, and growth campaigns.
• Train team members where necessary on marketing tools and processes.
• Must be able to give reports, and develop solutions to management.
• Must be target driven as the department has a target.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 per month.
