Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and manage distributor and customer relationships across Benue State.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and support distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
• Ensure effective product availability and distribution across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of sales experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of distributor management and route-to-market strategies.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of the Benue market and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
