Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented kitchen assistant (Griller/Fryer)to join our Production team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality grilled and fried products while adhering to company standards, food safety regulations, and hygiene practices.
• You will play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction by consistently delivering well-prepared meals and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Grill and fry products according to company recipes and standards.
• Maintain strict food hygiene and safety practices in the kitchen.
• Ensure all products meet quality specifications before serving or packaging.
• Package food items appropriately for customer pickup or delivery.
• Report inventory shortages, damages, or equipment issues promptly.
• Assist team members during bulk orders or rush periods.
• Follow daily opening, core, and closing routines diligently.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc (Must have completed NYSC).
• Prior experience in grilling, frying, or food production is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Experience:

• Kitchen/Cooking: 1 year (Required)

Salary
