Role Summary

  • Provides strategic and operational leadership for all academic support services, including student administration, academic policy compliance, accreditation, and records.
  • The Registrar also upholds academic integrity and ensures the establishment meets national and global standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Masters in Education, Public Administration, or relevant fields.
  • A PhD will be an added advantage.
  • 10+ years in academic administration, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Leadership experience in higher education or maritime establishments.
  • Knowledge of Blue Economy and academic compliance frameworks is a plus.
