Role Summary

  • Leads the establishment's academic and research vision, ensuring delivery of internationally benchmarked training programmes.
  • Oversees faculty development, curriculum design, academic standards, and strategic academic planning.

Minimum Requirements

  • Masters or PhD in Marine Studies, Education, or related fields.
  • 10-15 years of academic leadership, preferably in technical education.
  • Strong knowledge of global maritime education standards and regulatory frameworks.
