Job Title: Network Infrastructure Manager

Summary

• We require the services of result-oriented, diligent and experienced individuals to grow with its team as Network Infrastructure Manager.

Job Responsibilities (in Summary)

• Oversee the performance of a wide range of network administration duties, including installations, debugging, maintenance, upgrades and general support for Routers, Switches, Servers, Access Points, Printers and general network-enabled devices.
• Manage helpdesk and provide first level technical assistance to staff in line with predefined policies and procedures and maintain the network infrastructure of the organisation.
• Ensure the setup and maintenance of employee’s telephone system, active directory accounts, exchange mailboxes, remote access security, network file storage and other appropriate systems.
• Oversee the management and troubleshooting of network and internet connectivity throughout the organisation.
• Ensure proactive monitoring of all network devices, services and server using a combination of tools to ensure high availability.
• Recommend new technology that benefits the employees of the organisation.
• Ensure periodic activity reports are prepared for the Head, Information Technology.

Major Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any other related field.
• Minimum of ten years’ relevant experience in Network Infrastructure Management.
• Professional Certifications in CCNP, MCSE, RHCA, ITIL V4 Foundation or equivalents.
• Proven strong experience in designing, implementing, managing and optimising enterprise network infrastructure and data centre networks.

Salary
N40,000,000 - N60,000,000 annually.
