Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Restaurant to oversee the overall operations of our restaurant.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, leading a high-performing team, and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and motivate employees to achieve outstanding customer service and business performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and customer retention.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and business growth initiatives.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop restaurant staff to maintain a high-performing workforce.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement strategies to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, business management, and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Excellent communication, customer relationship, and conflict resolution skills.
• Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and hospitality best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Restaurant/Hotel Management Systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.

Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 monthly.
