Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Abule Ado, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to support day-to-day warehouse operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching products while ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance with FEFO principles, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record stock entries and exits while following FEFO principles and monitoring expiry dates.
• Inspect incoming goods for quantity and quality, reporting discrepancies immediately.
• Ensure all products are properly barcode-labeled before being entered into the system.
• Arrange items in designated storage areas with proper labeling and segregation.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for dispatch according to order slips.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with safety procedures.
• Update inventory records, complete warehouse logs, and support stock counts and audits.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• OND or SSCE qualification.
• 1–2 years' warehouse experience.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Knowledge of inventory or warehouse management systems is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and reliability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Excel and Word).
