Job Description

• We are seeking enthusiastic, organized, and motivated graduates to join our team as Operations Trainees.
• This role is designed to provide hands-on training and practical experience in business operations.
• Successful candidates will work closely with experienced professionals to learn operational processes, support daily activities, and develop the skills needed for a successful career in operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operational activities of the organization.
• Support the coordination of business processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor workflow and identify areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in inventory, logistics, and resource management where applicable.
• Participate in training sessions and development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or any related discipline.
• 5 year of work experience (NYSC members and recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, integrity, and professionalism.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 per month.
