Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Description

• First Point of Contact: Greet visitors, clients, and staff professionally and create a good first impression for the organization.
• Communication Management: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Take accurate messages and direct people to the right department.
• Visitor Management: Register guests, issue visitor passes, maintain the visitor log, and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Administrative Support: Handle filing, photocopying, data entry, sorting mail, and keeping the reception area neat and organized.
• Information Hub: Provide accurate information about the organization, its services, location, and staff to anyone who asks.
