Description

• We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, generate quality leads, and support business growth.
• This role requires someone who can seamlessly combine digital marketing expertise with traditional marketing strategies to deliver measurable results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage digital platforms, including social media, website, search marketing, online advertising, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate field marketing activities, promotional events, customer activations, and market research initiatives.
• Partner closely with the Sales team to drive lead generation and execute revenue-focused marketing campaigns.
• Develop marketing collateral and promotional materials that support business development efforts.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets while ensuring optimal return on investment.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to identify new market opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 4 years' experience in a marketing role with exposure to both digital and offline marketing.
• Proven success in planning and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and deliver measurable business outcomes.
