Job Summary

• Spectranet is seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion within an assigned territory.
• This role is strictly for candidates with prior sales experience at OPay.
• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading sales teams, driving merchant acquisition, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets within the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage field sales teams.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and performance forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 4 - 6 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Must have worked with OPay in a sales-related role.
• Applications from candidates without OPay experience will not be considered.
• Proven experience in payments, agency banking, merchant acquisition, POS, or digital financial services through OPay.
• Proven experience managing field sales teams and consistently meeting sales targets.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 monthly.
