Noani interior design was born out of the need to provide quality home decor and furnishings at affordable prices. Having looked through most of the decor services available locally, we thought it best that we give something to desire for the new generation Nigerian who wants their space to reflect a less cluttered lifestyle.

Founded in the month of March 2017, we have managed to carve a niche for ourselves in the design industry, constantly evolving and growing to give our clients a forever cozy space. We kicked off selling only prints for the first 6 months of our opening and after which our founder decided to harness her artistic abilities and her insights for luxurious paintings to pick a dedicated team of painters who work hand-in-hand with us to achieve each customer’s dream painting need at an affordable rate.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager / Head of Project Delivery

Description

• At Noani Home & Design, we're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Head of Project Delivery to lead the successful execution of our interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion.
• This role is for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and technology. Beyond managing projects, you'll be responsible for building a fully digitized project management system that gives real-time visibility into every stage of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own every client project from contract signing to final handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and execution schedules.
• Coordinate designers, procurement, site supervisors, artisans, vendors, and installers.
• Implement and manage digital project management systems (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Microsoft Project, etc.).
• Ensure all projects are properly documented with real-time progress tracking and reporting.
• Monitor project milestones and hold teams accountable for deliverables.
• Lead weekly project review meetings and provide executive reports.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Prepare and review BOQs, quotations, invoices, and project documentation.
• Track project budgets, change orders, profitability, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Noani's quality standards.
• Drive continuous process improvement across project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing construction, fit-out, interior design, or related projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Proven experience implementing digital project management tools and workflows.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and analytical abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is an added advantage.
