We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the organization's brand identity and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable reports.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials and promotional content.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
