Job Title: Technical Operation Officer

Job Description

• We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Technical Operations Officer to coordinate the end-to-end delivery of our solar projects.
• Working directly with the CEO, you will manage everything from client power audits and system sizing through to procurement, installation scheduling, and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, including client power audits, system sizing, quotation follow-up, and installation scheduling.
• Field & Team Liaison: Work closely with installation technicians to schedule site visits, track job progress, and ensure high-quality completion.
• Inventory & Procurement: Manage the procurement and inventory of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and balance-of-system components across vendor relationships.
• Sales & Financing Support: Follow up on leads, prepare quotes, and coordinate client financing applications with partners such as Checkoff Finance and Providus Bank.
• Client Communication: Proactively update clients on project timelines, track active installations, and handle after-sales maintenance requests or warranty claims.
• Operational Records: Maintain accurate documentation for client accounts, projects, inventory levels, and installations, while providing administrative support to the CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• A background or strong interest in solar energy, renewable energy, or construction project coordination is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Strong capability to quickly learn technical product specifications (inverters, batteries, panel sizing) and digital tools (spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and solar calculators).
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, competing deadlines, and client accounts concurrently with high integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel locally to client sites, installations, and vendor meetings as required.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
