We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Officer

Location: Isolo, Lagos (Applicants must reside within close proximity)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Officer to manage our digital presence across multiple social media platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online community, increasing brand visibility, and supporting the company's marketing and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative strategies to improve online presence.
• Create basic graphics, videos, and other digital content for marketing campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote company activities, products, and services.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance reporting.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
• Applicants must reside within proximity to Isolo, Lagos.

Salary
N100,000 Gross Monthly.
