Role Description

• We are seeking for a driven, target-oriented Sales Officer to join our Retail Sales team in Lagos!
• If you're passionate about retail lending, client relationships, and hitting the ground running with a growing loan book, this role is for you.

What you'll do 

• Originate and manage retail loan sales from prospecting to disbursement
• Mobilise borrowings from individual and small-business clients
• Cross-sell retail credit products and build a diversified portfolio
• Track KPIs on disbursement, portfolio quality, and repayment
• Ensure compliance with credit policy, KYC, and regulatory standards

Requirements
What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2–4 years' experience in retail lending, sales, or credit roles
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working to disbursement and portfolio-quality targets
• Solid understanding of retail credit and KYC processes.
