• As a Solution Area Specialist - AI Workforce, you will lead the charge in driving AI transformation across enterprise customers by positioning Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions—including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Cloud PC/Virtualization offerings—as strategic enablers of productivity and innovation.
• You will engage business decision makers through consultative selling, develop compelling business cases, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and value realization.
• This role empowers you to shape customer intent, build pipeline, and deliver measurable impact while deepening your expertise in AI sales motions and contributing to a high-performance, learning-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI transformation deals by conducting consultative selling conversations with business decision makers (BDMs), showcasing the value of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Agents at Work.
• Lead partnerships and collaborations across teams to guide the development and implementation of AI- and cloud-driven transformations for existing and new customers, showcasing Microsoft’s differentiated offerings.
• Leverage AI-driven market intelligence to identify business opportunities and inform proactive sales strategies that align with evolving market trends.
• Assess and qualify complex sales opportunities, driving strategy development and closing high-value deals in alignment with AI-enhanced sales methodologies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning customers' AI transformation vision with their business priorities and integrating security principles into every engagement.
• Drive partner organization connections and foster lasting relationships that accelerate customer value realization at scale.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.

Additional Or Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 12+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
• 8+ years solution or services sales experience.
