We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Deposit Mobilisation Officer
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize deposits from individual and commercial clients through effective direct marketing strategies.
- Identify and convert prospects into long-term depositors, opening new savings, fixed deposit, and investment accounts.
- Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly deposit targets.
- Guide clients on suitable deposit products and financial services that match their needs.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of SSCE / WASSCE, OND, or HND in any relevant field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of proven experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or field marketing (microfinance or financial services background is an advantage, but ambitious entry-level candidates are welcome).
- Location: Must reside on or very close to Lagos Island (e.g., Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Onikan, Obalende).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word & Excel).
- Good problem-solving abilities and a target-driven mindset.
- High level of integrity, professional work ethic, and commitment to excellent customer service.
