About the Role

• The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance and quality control processes across construction projects.
• The successful candidate will ensure compliance with approved standards, specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while driving continuous quality improvement throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and quality audits on construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Monitor and verify testing activities, ensuring proper documentation of test results and inspection records.
• Review construction processes and identify quality risks, recommending corrective and preventive actions where necessary.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, quality records, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action reports (CARs).
• Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits by clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide quality-related training, guidance, and support to project personnel and site teams.
