Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, confident, and trend-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Executive to independently produce engaging short-form video content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera or possess strong video production skills, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
• This role requires a hands-on creator who can transform ideas into compelling content while managing and growing the company's social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently plan, script, shoot, edit, and produce engaging short-form video content from concept to final delivery.
• Serve as the brand's on-camera presenter where required, delivering content naturally and confidently.
• Monitor social media trends and quickly create relevant content around trending topics.
• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including content publishing and audience engagement.
• Develop creative content ideas that resonate with local audiences and support marketing objectives.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for digital campaigns and brand promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute content and campaign strategies.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Coordinate and guide content production activities where necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1-3 years' experience creating digital or social media content.
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan, shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Experience managing business or personal social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content performance, and audience engagement.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and creative thinking skills.
