Job Title: Dispatch Specialist
Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT)

Role Overview
- The Dispatch Specialist will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of products to customers, partners, and business locations.
- The ideal candidate must be an experienced motorcycle dispatch rider with a strong knowledge of Abuja road networks. The ability to drive a vehicle will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders promptly and safely using a dispatch motorcycle.
- Ensure products are handled carefully during transportation to prevent damage.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Obtain proof of delivery and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Communicate delivery updates and any issues encountered during deliveries.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of the dispatch motorcycle.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- Assist with logistics and operational errands as assigned.
- Support warehouse and inventory movements when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a dispatch rider.
- Valid National Driver's License with motorcycle riding authorization.
- Proven experience riding a dispatch motorcycle professionally.
- Good knowledge of Abuja road network and surrounding areas.
- Ability to use navigation applications such as Google Maps.
- Physically fit and able to lift and transport packages safely.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Ability to drive a manual or automatic vehicle is an added advantage.
