Job Title: Agent Field Officers (Agency Banking)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Commercial Banking

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard agency banking agents.
• Drive POS and account opening activities.
• Monitor agent transactions and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Provide support and resolve agent-related issues in the field.
• Achieve assigned growth and transaction targets.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND only
• NYSC completion is mandatory
• Maximum age: 30 years
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Field sales or agency banking experience is an added advantage.
