Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The HR Executive supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by managing recruitment, employee records, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer leave, attendance, and payroll-related processes.
• Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team.

Other Requirements:

• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
