Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads & Performance Marketing Expert who has mastered paid media across multiple platforms and can demonstrate measurable results from previous campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid advertising campaigns.
• Develop and manage multi-platform advertising strategies to drive leads, sales, and brand growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously improve ROI.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively while maximizing campaign performance.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, AI advertising tools, and industry best practices.
• Candidate must demonstrate expertise inpaid ads across all social media platforms and AI-Powered Advertising Tools and Automation

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Proven ability to generate measurable business results through paid media.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets across multiple platforms.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification is an added advantage.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered advertising and campaign automation platforms.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
