Job Description
- We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and reliable individuals to join our team as Ad-Hoc Cinema Team Members.
- The role involves supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the cinema and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
- Successful candidates will work as part of the cinema operations team and may be assigned to various operational duties depending on business needs.
- Carry out other operational duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or entertainment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
