Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Core Responsibilties

• Ensure company policies are followed.
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients.
• Prepare customer service and relationship management reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 2-3 years' marketing or sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM software.
