Job Description
- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with business leaders, head of human resource, and employees to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- The role provides strategic HR support, improves employee engagement, supports talent management initiatives, and ensures effective implementation of HR policies and practices.
Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to provide HR guidance and support on people-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention initiatives.
- Provide guidance on performance management and employee development.
- Handle employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Collaborate with HR teams on compensation, benefits, learning, and engagement programs.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Experience:
