Job Title: SAP Support Specialist

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced SAP Super User with strong knowledge of SAP SD and MM processes to support daily business operations. The role involves material master creation and maintenance, sales pricing support, troubleshooting SAP SD/MM issues, user support, process improvement, and coordination with business and IT teams.
• The ideal candidate should understand end-to-end sales, procurement, inventory, and pricing processes and be able to support users effectively in a fast-paced business environment.

Job Responsibilities
Material Master Management:

• Create, extend, and maintain material master data in SAP.
• Maintain material descriptions, units of measure, sales views, purchasing views, and valuation data.
• Ensure master data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales teams for master data requirements.
• Support mass updates.

Sales Pricing Support:

• Maintain and troubleshoot pricing conditions in SAP SD.
• Support customer pricing, discounts, freight, taxes, and promotional pricing.
• Analyze pricing issues in sales orders and billing documents.
• Coordinate with sales teams on pricing changes and approvals.
• Support pricing testing during system changes or enhancements.

SAP SD/MM Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide first-level support for SAP SD/MM users.
• Troubleshoot issues related to:
• Sales Orders
• Deliveries
• Billing
• Purchase Orders
• Goods Receipt / Goods Issue
• Inventory Management
• Pricing determination
• Output and master data issues
• Escalate complex issues to SAP consultants or IT teams when necessary.
• Monitor and resolve transactional errors promptly.

User Support & Training:

• Support new process implementations and system enhancements.
• Assist users during month-end and year-end activities.

Reporting & Process Improvement:

• Generate operational reports from SAP.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Participate in testing activities for SAP changes and upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and business processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accuracy of material master data.
• Resolution time for SAP issues.
• User satisfaction and support quality.
• Pricing accuracy.
• Process compliance and data integrity.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in SAP SD/MM support or SAP Super User role.
• Manufacturing sector is a must

Hands-on experience with:

• Material Master
• Sales Pricing
• Inventory Management
• Procurement processes
• Sales Order Processing

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules.

Good understanding of:

• Material Master Data.
• Pricing Procedures.
• Sales and Distribution processes.
• Procurement and Inventory processes.

Experience with SAP transactions such as:

• MM01/MM02/MM03.
• VK11/VK12/VK13.
• VA01/VA02/VA03.
• VL01N/VL02N.
• VF01/VF02.
• ME21N/ME22N.
• Knowledge of SAP reporting and Excel skills preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and user support skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
