Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Social Media Moderator to manage the daily operations of our social media channels.
• In this role, you will be the primary voice interacting with our audience on a daily basis.
• Your main responsibilities will include publishing pre-approved content, monitoring feeds, and providing exceptional customer service by replying to direct messages (DMs) and comments.
