Our network of hospitals and clinics are geographically spread over 126 Nigeria cities in all states, we also run and manage out sourced worksite clinics and health centres nationwide.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Provider Liaison Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Schedule: Full time

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive partnerships with healthcare providers, including hospitals and clinics.
• Network Oversight: Conducting regular site visits to ensure provider compliance with our guidelines and quality standards.
• Conflict Resolution: Acting as the primary point of contact to resolve disputes and billing discrepancies.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of national health insurance schemes are crucial. 
• Ensuring quality of care and compliance with standards.
• Driving operational efficiency and financial performance for the region. 
• Ensuring high satisfaction, handling complaints, and managing client relationships.
• HMO experience is an added advantage.
