Job Title: Data Entry Officer

Job Description

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and information systems.
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entry.
• Review and correct data errors to ensure high-quality records.
• Organize, sort, and file both electronic and physical documents.
• Generate reports and retrieve information as requested by management.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
• Perform regular database updates and backups where required.
• Monitor data integrity and report discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to obtain and verify information.
• Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks while meeting accuracy standards.
• Assist with document preparation, scanning, and record management.
• Support inventory, sales, or operational reporting by maintaining up-to-date records.

Requirements
Key Skills:

• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
