Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Security and Investigations industry.
• As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations, ensuring the safety of our premises, managing a team of security personnel, and implementing security protocols to mitigate risks.
• This role requires strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment for our employees, clients, and assets. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for security, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of security officers, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and identify security risks
• Implement and enforce security procedures and protocols to safeguard company assets
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and appropriate manner
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and first responders as needed
• Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements to enhance security measures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security activities

Requirements

• Valid security license or certification
• Proven experience in security management or a related field
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with diplomacy
• Experience with surveillance systems and security technology.
