With a team of skilled professionals and cutting edge technology, we are well suited to cater for both businesses and individuals who need loans (borrowers), or want to make returns (lenders) on our marketplace.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as First Line of Response for IT Support
• Carry out Audits of System activities to ensure compliance to organisational Policies
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems (LAN, WAN, routers, switches Firewalls).
• Maintain and monitor access logs to ensure secure use of systems and devices.
• Carry out installation, updates, and management of organizational IT devices.
• Provide user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Ensure timely backup and recovery of important data and systems.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and warranties.
• Implement security best practices in device Management.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation of IT activities and incidents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in laptop/desktop repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting.
• Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS).
• Familiarity with IT asset and device management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):

• CompTIA Network+
• Cisco CCNA
