Job Title: Inventory Control Analyst I

Location: Akwa Ibom

Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst I to support inventory management activities, shipment planning, and product availability analysis.
• The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient inventory control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and revise shipment plans to support efficient distribution of products and meet customer requirements.
• Analyze inventory levels, production rates, and product demand to determine appropriate reorder levels.
• Support inventory optimization efforts to ensure product availability while minimizing inventory costs.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts and support periodic inventory reconciliations.
• Assist with asset valuation activities and routine inventory analysis.
• Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to support inventory tracking and reporting.
• Follow established inventory control procedures and provide support to supervisors/managers as required.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge of inventory control, supply chain, logistics, or related functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate reports.
• Ability to work under supervision while following defined procedures.
