Job Summary

• Are you a commercially driven sales leader with a passion for hospitality, real estate, tourism, and business development?
• They are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, commercialize premium assets, build strategic partnerships, and lead high-impact sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive leasing and commercialization of premium commercial and retail spaces.
• Lead sales and marketing initiatives for luxury residential and commercial assets.
• Develop strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Build, lead, and coach a high-performing Sales & Marketing team.
• Achieve aggressive revenue, occupancy, and business growth targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7–10 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality, or Lifestyle businesses.
• Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth and closing high-value commercial deals.
• Strong experience in strategic partnerships, client relationship management, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM tools and interpreting sales performance data is an added advantage.
