We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, increase export sales, and build strong relationships with international buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new export customers and business opportunities.
• Generate qualified sales leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and food retailers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Promote the company's agro and packaged food products through emails, calls, virtual meetings, trade fairs, and networking.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' sales experience, preferably in agro-export, FMCG, food processing, or food packaging.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of export documentation and international trade is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is desirable.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel when required.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
