Job Summary

•  They are seeking an experienced Senior Strategy Manager to lead corporate strategy, business transformation, performance management, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that will drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of corporate strategy and long-term business plans.
• Drive business transformation and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• Monitor organizational performance and develop executive dashboards.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide strategic advisory support to executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects and champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
• MBA or Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8–10 years' progressive experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Corporate Planning, Business Transformation, or Strategic Project Management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and advising senior executives.
• Strong analytical, financial, commercial, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
