Job Title: HR Officer (Recruitment & Onboarding)

Location: Lagos

About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR Officer to drive our full-cycle hiring process. As the primary touchpoint for candidates and new hires, you will shape our talent experience, from attracting top performers to delivering a seamless onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
• Source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and active sourcing channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate department evaluations.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and track core recruitment metrics.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear, prompt communication.
• Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-joining documentation.
• Coordinate orientation, IT setup, and team introductions for new hires.
• Oversee statutory documentation compliance and record maintenance.
• Refine onboarding workflows to enhance efficiency and new-hire experience.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Proficiency with ATS software and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Must be fully available to work onsite in Lagos, Nigeria.

Nice to Have:

• Prior recruitment experience in technical or high-growth sectors.
• Exposure to AI sourcing tools and recruitment automation workflows.
