We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• ​Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, stock, and materials.
• ​Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine stock reconciliations.
• ​Organize store layout for optimal space usage, safety, and efficient retrieval.
• ​Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking; raise purchase requisitions on time.
• ​Ensure proper storage conditions, especially for perishable or sensitive items.
• ​Dispatch products/materials accurately against approved requisitions or orders.
• ​Maintain clean, secure, and well-organized storage facilities.

​Requirements & Qualifications

• ​Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• ​1–3 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or warehousing.
• ​Proficiency in basic store management software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, QuickBooks).
• ​Strong numerical skills and close attention to detail.
• ​Good physical stamina and organizational abilities.
