Job Title: Head of Regional Sales Operation - North Central

Location: Abuja
Employment type: Full-time

Objective

• Drive profitable sales growth, market expansion, and commercial excellence across the Eastern Region for Flour, Pasta, Semolina, and Sugar.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets.
• Lead and develop Regional Sales team to deliver on targets. Expand market penetration by acquiring new customers, and key accounts.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Drive effective sales execution, distribution coverage, product availability, and merchandising across all channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure efficient demand planning, sales forecasting, and inventory management in collaboration with Supply Chain.
• Drive sales collection, credit compliance, and working capital optimization.
• Deliver accurate sales reports, business reviews, and commer- cial insights to management.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, governance, and ethical business practices.

Qualification / Experience

• B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum of 10 years' sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within the FMCG industry.
