Job Description

• Oversees the daily operations of the spa, staff supervision, customer experience, sales performance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily spa operations
• Supervise staff and schedules
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor sales and expenses
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Ensure cleanliness and operational standards
• Prepare operational reports.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 2 years experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
